The drawers in the hotel room were all open - felt like the room had been ramsacked when we walked in - bad ambiance. The beds weren't made up.

Our experience at this hotel was good and we would stay here again. But, the beds were horrible. Their beds are two twin beds pushed together to form a large king sized bed. Both beds had multiple springs sticking up, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The location is great- right across from train station. This hotel does not deserve a 4* rating. The room we had was large with 2 small beds. Hardly any other furniture in the room. Bath room was the size of 3 phone booths. Only a shower, no tub. We have pictures if you would like to see it for yourself. There may be other rooms in the hotel that are plus but I honestly feel that they use a BAIT AND SWITCH APPROACH. A clean and comfortable hotel safe and with friendly staff. Rooms a little dated and some maintenance needed. Nothing serious but it does not meet US standards for a 4
